80/20 Split Comp Plan Details

  • No Marketing Fee
  • 8k Annual Cap
    • 80/20 split on self-generated *down 4K from 2022 (1.34 million in self generated)
    • $595 Compliance Fee on all transactions
    • 100% to Agent after 8k cap in self-generated deals
  • Lead Generation
    • Online Leads do not count towards cap and start at 50/50 split
    • Tiered lead splits based on dollars sold/each lead source
    • Top 5 prior month lead conversions in volume get Zillow support (YTD volume tie-breaker)
    • OpCity
    • OJO (<12 units/year will be reviewed to determine if OJO eligible)
    • Google leads in Shark Tank
    • Website leads in Shark Tank
    • Personalized Website
    • Realtor.com Leads
      • Solicited by an ISA and set appointments will be assigned and rotated on round-robin based on location
      • 5% commissions will be paid to an ISA
      • Realtor.com leads current cities: Grand Blanc, Flint, Clarkston, Columbiaville, North Branch, Dryden, Lapeer, Metamora, Otter Lake
