It’s also very nice that his business donates to a charity after every closing. We would rate Marleine 1 million stars of we could! We are so blessed that we came across her through Zillow. The first home we toured with her we were absolutely in love with, but Marleine pointed out serious issues and costly repairs that combined with the price would not have been feasible for us and our budget. Marleine highly trained eye essentially saved us from buyers remorse. The second home we toured was the one! She made the process seamless, advocated for us, gave great advise, and held our hand through the process. We ended up closing 20k under asking with 3% concessions and the seller paying for a home warranty and her realtor fee which freed up money we would have spent towards closing on our first round of home repairs. Marleine was on top of everything texting us within minutes after our appraisal came in 10k over our purchase price! She agreed to show the house on a Saturday just so my mom in town visiting could see it before flying home. She played with our kids and was thoughtful enough to check if they'd be at closing so she could pack some things to entertain them. She listens to you and even got us a sweet gift to remind me of my hometown. Stacy reached out to us to start this process over Memorial Day weekend while attending a family event, which we felt was above and beyond since family time is so valuable.
